Online Account Support Specialist

Resellee is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, motivated, adaptable, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online account support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
