Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Xepto Computing is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and account management.


Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team - Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to better assist customers - Work independently to handle customer inquiries and escalations effectively


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
