As an Online Call Center Associate at Acudeen Technologies, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through online communication channels. This part-time position based in Parañaque, NCR,PH requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and is at the Associate level.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products and services offered by the company. 3. Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have, resolving them in a timely manner. 4. Communicate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the company's database. 6. Assist in meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 3. High level of motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems. 6. Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques.
