Job Description:
Sprout Solutions is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and provide a unified customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Follow call center protocols and procedures to achieve operational goals and meet quality standards. 8. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines to protect customer privacy and sensitive information.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits that align with our company culture. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. 4. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems is a plus. 5.
