Job Description - Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:


Lazada Philippines is looking to hire a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, delivery issues, and returns. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with navigating the Lazada website and mobile app to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvements. 5. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and response times. 6. Utilize the CRM system to accurately document all customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong attention to detail and creativity to find solutions to customer problems. 3. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM systems. 6. Flexible to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
