Job Description - Online Call Center Officer


Job Description:


Investagrams is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels, such as chat support, email communication, and phone calls. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Assist customers with account management, transactions, and technical support. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. 8. Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and colleagues.


Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and provide creative solutions to customer issues. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
