Job Description:
AllCare is looking for a reliable and resilient Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, concerns, or complaints. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, provide updates on services, or conduct surveys for feedback. 3. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Adapt to new processes and procedures quickly and efficiently. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets. 8. Keep updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions. 5. Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and call center software. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Must be reliable and able to work part-time shifts. 8. Must be resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
