Job Description:
Advance, a leading company in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to jumpstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information on products and services - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media - Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and returns/exchanges - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Adaptable to changing work environments and schedules - Motivated to provide exceptional customer service - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
