Job Description:
Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of confidence and reliability.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints. 3. Utilize analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards. 6. Update customer information in the database accurately. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality and response time. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 9. Adhere to schedules and work efficiently to maximize productivity.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically. 4. Team player with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Fluent in English and Filipino languages.
