Job Description:
LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and product information. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers through chat, email, and social media platforms. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Utilize company systems and databases to update customer information and track interactions. 5. Assist with processing orders, returns, and refunds as needed. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 2. Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software. 6. Adaptable and confident with the ability to handle challenging situations. 7. Strong decision-making skills and a focus on innovation. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
