Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Smart Communications is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints - Utilize CRM software to log and track customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Meet performance metrics such as call handle time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated personality - Excellent cooperation skills and attention to detail - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications
