Job Description - Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Storm Technologies, a leading multinational company in the tech industry, is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels, including chat, email, and social media platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via online channels in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer inquiries and escalations. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Adapt to new technologies and platforms to improve customer service delivery. 7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed. 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 3. Adaptability and leadership soft skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 8. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
