Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted, a leading firm in the prefab construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer contacts. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Assist with order processing, payments, and shipping inquiries. 7. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers. 8. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences. 9. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers during sales calls.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
