Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online chat support. 2. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and providing product information. 4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and resolve customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet key performance indicators and goals related to customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively engage with customers. 3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. 4. Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must be reliable and motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
