Ayala Land is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, driven, adaptable, and possess strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with navigating the company's website and online services - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customer inquiries - Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating online platforms - Energetic and driven personality - Adaptability and decision-making skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
