Job Description - Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


KMC Solutions is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and hardworking.


Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers on various platforms - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Strong communication and research skills - Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and technology platforms - Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving - Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
