Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a passionate and independent Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate level position, the Online Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and systems
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support roles - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers - Creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer support tools - Experience in people management is a plus
