Job Description:
As an Online Chat Support Associate at LBC Express Holdings, Inc., located in Parañaque, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, assistance with orders, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Utilize empathy and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively. 3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers to ensure a pleasant experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 6. Continuously uphold company standards for customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints. 2. Strong presentation and planning skills to streamline communication and problem-solving processes. 3. Prior experience in online customer support or a similar role is preferred. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and other relevant software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
