Plentina, a dynamic fintech company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Associate to join our team. As an Entry-Level Online Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who are passionate about helping customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat. 2. Assist customers with account-related issues, billing inquiries, and general questions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Actively engage with customers to promote products and services. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.
