Job Description:
PearlPay is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online chat support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of online chat support agents, providing guidance and coaching as needed. 2. Monitor online chat interactions to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in resolving customer inquiries and issues. 3. Develop and implement chat support best practices and guidelines to optimize customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, IT, and marketing, to streamline processes and improve customer experience. 5. Analyze chat support metrics and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. 6. Handle escalations and complex customer issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in online chat support technology and practices. 8. Maintain a positive and supportive working environment for the online chat support team.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Reliable and independent, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
