Online Chat Support Manager

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online chat support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to team members while also handling escalated customer issues.

Key responsibilities include: - Managing a team of online chat support agents - Monitoring chat queues and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Developing and implementing best practices for online chat support - Analyzing chat data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Training and onboarding new team members - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
