Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Officer. This part-time entry-level position is based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH and requires no prior experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media platforms. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
