Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Insider, a leading online platform, is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being motivated and confident.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures related to online chat support. 5. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. 6. Confident in handling customer interactions and resolving issues effectively. 7. Soft skills in presentation and project management are a plus.
