Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

BeautyMNL is currently seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be driven and resourceful, with excellent problem-solving and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat platform. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback. 6. Monitor chat queues and respond to customer inquiries promptly. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in written English. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills. 6. Experience with live chat platforms preferred. 7. Knowledge of beauty products and trends a plus.
