Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

DMCI is looking for a part-time Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and general queries - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong planning and organization skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
