ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking an Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online chat support to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Understand and effectively communicate information about products and services offered by ABS-CBN Corporation - Utilize negotiation and presentation skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Dedicated and confident individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and using chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent
