Online Client Relations Assistant

Fetch Valet is seeking a dynamic Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to gain valuable experience in the online client relations field.

As the Online Client Relations Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Managing client inquiries and providing timely responses - Maintaining client records and updating information as needed - Assisting in the development of client communication strategies - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote client engagement - Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client interactions - Providing administrative support to the client relations team
