Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are driven, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist clients in navigating our online platform, providing support and guidance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor client feedback and escalate any issues to management as needed - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction - Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Online Client Relations Manager

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically under pressure - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Familiarity with online customer service platforms is a plus
