Job Description:
Advance is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via online channels to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Manage and update client databases and records to ensure accuracy - Assist in coordinating online events, webinars, and conferences for clients - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content for clients - Monitor and analyze online client engagement and trends to make recommendations for improvement - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings
Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Proven track record of providing exceptional online client service - Strong creativity and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
