Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description: Pushkart.ph is looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to online client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Addressing online client complaints and resolving issues effectively - Providing online clients with product information, pricing, and availability - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to online clients - Monitoring online client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement - Assisting with the development of online client engagement strategies - Keeping accurate records of online client interactions and transactions - Providing input on ways to improve the online client experience on our platform - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless online client experience

Requirements: - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced online environment - Strong leadership skills to effectively manage online client relationships - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions to online client issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient with online communication tools and platforms - Experience with online customer service is a plus - Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
