Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description: First Circle is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This role is ideal for entry-level professionals who are adaptable, independent, and possess strong soft skills in persuasion and analysis. As an Online Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships through online communication channels, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through online platforms to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Provide product information and assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner. 3. Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled. 5. Monitor and track client interactions and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and preferences. 4. Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
