Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is looking for a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and driven, with strong soft skills in persuasion and project management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Monitor and analyze client feedback and implement improvements based on feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and execution of online client engagement strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online client relations or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong soft skills in persuasion and project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
