Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and feedback through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation online - Monitor online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation - Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain clients through online platforms

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively communicate with clients and problem-solve - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic online environment - Negotiation skills to manage client expectations and reach mutually beneficial outcomes - Knowledge of online platforms and customer relationship management systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
