Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description: As an Online Client Relations Associate at HealthNow, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our online clients. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients through various online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through online communication - Provide product information, pricing details, and support to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues - Monitor client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing online marketing strategies to attract and retain clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience with online client engagement platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
