Job Description:
Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate-Level position, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients through online channels. This part-time role will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients through online platforms. 2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. 4. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 6. Generate reports on client satisfaction and feedback for management review. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and be reliable in meeting deadlines. 5. Innovative thinking and adaptability to changing client needs. 6. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Experience in analyzing data and generating reports. 8. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
