Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 6 years of experience, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to effectively engage with online clients through various channels including email, social media, and chat - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or complaints as needed - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online clients - Analyze data and metrics to track client interactions and make data-driven decisions to improve client relations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Provide support and guidance to the customer service team to ensure exceptional client experiences

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Ability to think critically and analyze data effectively - Experience with online customer relationship management software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
