Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at MadEats in Manila, NCR, PH. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our online clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and communicate effectively with potential and existing clients via email, chat, and social media platforms. - Ensure timely responses to client queries and concerns, providing solutions and addressing issues promptly. - Monitor client feedback and reviews, and take necessary actions to improve client experience. - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention. - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for business growth. - Collaborate with marketing team to create engaging content and promotions to attract new clients.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 5 years of experience in client relations or customer service. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to creatively solve problems. - Independent and resilient, able to work effectively under pressure. - Proficient in using CRM tools and online communication platforms. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
