Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Online Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at BeautyMNL. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our online clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position located in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media - Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner - Monitor client feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape - Assist with the implementation of new client initiatives and campaigns - Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and engagement

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Independent and adaptable with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
