Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are eager to grow and develop their skills in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication - Provide support and guidance to clients regarding products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations - Assist in developing strategies to improve online client engagement and retention

Requirements: - Dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills - Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities - Strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and preferences - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of online platforms and customer relationship management tools - Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles
