Job Description:
San Miguel Corporation is seeking a passionate and independent Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through online channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various online platforms to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely updates on their information and transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill their requests efficiently. 4. Monitor online reviews and social media mentions to maintain a positive brand image. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 6. Analyze data and provide insights to improve online client relations strategies. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze complex client situations and provide effective solutions. 4. Attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough client communication. 5. At least 4 years of experience in online client relations or customer service. 6. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
