Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Shopee Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online inquiries and complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to clients. 3. Handle and resolve client concerns and issues effectively. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Maintain client records and update information as needed. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to clients. 8. Provide exceptional support to clients through various online platforms.
