Job Description:
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking an Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving - Monitor online platforms and social media channels to address client issues and engage with customers - Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with online transactions - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving online client satisfaction and retention - Keep detailed records of client interactions and report on client feedback to the management team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and online client preferences to provide valuable insights to the company
Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with online platforms and social media tools - Basic knowledge of CRM systems and online analytics - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
