Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Emperador Distillers Inc. in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an entry-level position, the Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships through online platforms and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chats, emails, and social media platforms. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. 3. Conduct research on customer preferences and market trends to better serve our clients. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Manage customer feedback and reviews to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Monitor online reviews and social media mentions of the company and address any negative feedback. 7. Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from online interactions to purchases.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent research skills to understand customer needs and preferences. 5. People management skills to handle different types of customers. 6. Proficiency in using online platforms and social media for customer communication. 7. High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
