Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

ZipMatch is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a hardworking and confident individual who possesses excellent people management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client relationships through various communication channels - Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client engagement strategies - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Generate reports on client interactions and provide insights for business development - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in online client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Hardworking attitude and confidence in dealing with clients - Demonstrated people management and strategic planning skills
