Job Description:
Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is currently seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients via online platforms to provide exceptional customer service and support. 2. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to clients. 4. Assist clients with account management and billing inquiries. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively. 6. Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information in the database. 7. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any negative feedback in a timely manner. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in customer service or client management roles preferred. 6. Passionate and motivated individual with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
