Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

KMC Solutions is currently seeking a passionate and confident Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client service and support.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients through online chat, email, and phone communication in a professional and timely manner - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to provide seamless client service experience - Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the Client Services team

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service role - Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
