Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Client Service Associate at BeamAndGo, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our online clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, providing support with their transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with navigating our online platform, resolving any issues they may encounter - Process client orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any concerns they may have - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Support the sales team with client onboarding and retention efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Experience with CRM systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
