Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Client Service Manager to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Makati. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with online clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Manage the online client service team to achieve department goals and objectives - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Plan and implement strategies to enhance the online client experience and increase retention rates - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive innovation in service offerings - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online client service - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record in client service management, preferably in an online environment - Strong analytical and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
