Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


GMA Network Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in online client service management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently while also being adaptable to changing circumstances.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase client engagement. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns in a timely manner. 4. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to maximize profitability. 5. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. 6. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance client experience. 7. Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for online clients. 8. Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on client performance and initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online client service management. 3. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
