Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and a high level of client service. 2. Manage and oversee all client inquiries and requests via online platforms, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall client experience. 5. Provide support and guidance to clients on navigating the company's online platform and services. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the online marketplace. 7. Analyze client data and use insights to improve client retention and drive business growth. 8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain clients online. 9. Track and report on key performance indicators related to client service and satisfaction. 10. Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in client service or account management, preferably in an online environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for client management. 6. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Passion for delivering exceptional client service. 9. Dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations. 10. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
